Can we supply our own Customer's Own Material (COM) upholstery?
Yes. We routinely work with COM and COL (Customer's Own Leather) shipped directly to our Jakarta workshop, as well as providing our curated catalog of high-performance contract fabrics.
How do you handle wood moisture content for international shipment?
All solid hardwood is dried in controlled industrial kilns to an average 10%–12% moisture content (MC). This ensures dimensional stability when furniture is installed in air-conditioned environments or northern hemisphere climates.
Do you provide shop drawings and physical material samples?
Yes. Every custom production order includes detailed CAD shop drawings for engineering sign-off. Material sample kits (wood finishes, stain swatches, leather, and fabric cuts) can be dispatched globally via courier.
