Are Pouffie products made-to-order and customizable to fit specific floor plans?
Yes. Every Pouffie piece enters production as a dedicated technical drawing. We offer 100% custom sizing, allowing width, depth, seat height, armrest profile, and cushion firmness to be altered to match exact architectural specifications or spatial constraints.
Do you supply commercial contract projects and multi-unit residential fit-outs?
We work extensively with hospitality brands, commercial interior designers, property developers, and overseas procurement agents. We provide repeatable manufacturing specifications, prototype sampling, mock-up room fit-outs, and staged container shipments.
Are Pouffie furniture pieces ready-stock or made-to-order?
Our core production is 100% made-to-order to ensure complete design flexibility and strict material control. However, we maintain a rotating selection of finished display pieces at our showroom located in Indonesia Design District PIK 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten.
Materials, Timber Sourcing & Quality Control
What solid wood species do you use for tailored furniture frames and tables?
We work with high-grade, kiln-dried Indonesian hardwoods including Teak (Tectona grandis), Mahogany, Sungkai, and Mindi. All timber is moisture-controlled between 8% and 12% to prevent warping, cracking, or dimensional shifts in humid tropical or dry climate environments.
What cushion foams, fabrics, and upholstery materials can be specified?
We offer density-selected high-resilience (HR) polyfoam, layered feather-down blends, and pocket-sprung cushion cores. For covers, buyers can select from commercial-grade upholstery fabrics rated for high Martindale abrasion resistance, stain-resistant outdoor textiles, and top-grain genuine leathers.
How do you ensure structural durability and quality control?
All joinery is reinforced using corner blocking, mortise-and-tenon joints, and dowelled stress points rather than surface staples alone. Production is managed entirely within our single Jakarta facility, ensuring rigorous quality checks from timber milling to hand-upholstery.
Lead Times, Ordering & Logistics
How long does custom furniture production take?
Standard manufacturing lead time is 4 to 6 weeks following drawing sign-off and material approval. For large-scale commercial contracts or multi-container orders, production timelines are staged and agreed upon in advance to meet construction milestones.
How are products packaged for nationwide delivery and international export?
Each piece is multi-layer wrapped with PE foam, corner edge guards, and heavy-duty corrugated cardboard. For international freight, items are packed in ISPM 15-compliant heat-treated wooden crates to safeguard joinery and fabric during sea or air transit.
Can I place orders for delivery outside Jakarta or for overseas projects?
Yes. We coordinate nationwide delivery across all 38 provinces in Indonesia, including full on-site installation for modular sectionals and headboard wall panels. For global buyers, we coordinate export documentation, container loading, and FOB/CIF shipping logistics from Jakarta ports.
Do you offer warranty, after-sales care, and replacement parts?
All Pouffie products are designed for long-term serviceability. We provide structural frame warranties, offer replacement cushion foam cores, and supply removable slipcovers so existing furniture can be refreshed rather than replaced.
