At Pouffie, every piece of furniture is custom engineered and handcrafted according to your exact dimensions, timber species, foam density, and upholstery specifications. Review our manufacturing standards and order governance guidelines below.

01. Order Confirmation & Production Lock

Because each item enters bench production strictly per client drawing and technical specification, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once manufacturing has commenced.

Technical CAD drawings and material swatches must be verified prior to deposit confirmation.
Work orders enter timber cutting and frame assembly immediately upon client authorization.
Custom dimensions, arm profiles, and fill densities are non-transferable.

02. Natural Material Characteristics

We work with solid Indonesian hardwoods, natural stone, and premium upholstery. Inherent organic variations enhance uniqueness and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Timber grain patterns, mineral streaks, color nuances, and knots reflect authentic solid wood.
Marble veining and surface tone variations are naturally occurring.
Display monitor variations may cause slight perceptual shifts in fabric hue.

03. Pre-Shipment Inspection & QA Protocol

Our in-house quality control team conducts rigorous structural and surface inspections prior to international crating and dispatch.

Frame structural rigidity and joint integrity testing under load.
Upholstery seam alignment and foam rebound resilience checks.
Export-grade moisture content verification for kiln-dried frames.

04. Freight & Transit Claims

For international shipments and nationwide delivery, consignees must inspect packaging thoroughly upon receipt.

Inspect crate condition prior to signing freight delivery notes.
Report shipping damage or manufacturing anomalies within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide high-resolution photographic and video evidence for swift component replacement or remedy.
