Inspection Protocols & Damage Claim Procedure

Upon Arrival & Unloading
- Inspect outer packaging immediately for puncture, water, or crushing marks before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- If external damage is visible, record photo and video evidence before uncrating, and note "Received Damaged / Pending Inspection" on the consignment note.
- Report any hidden structural or finish damage to Pouffie customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with technical photos and order reference numbers.
